This place was a great surprise. Room was clean and modern with a large shower. Balcony was spacious. The location is within walking distance of everything downtown. They even had a friendly dog to greet guests.
Only bad experience I had was checking in, the guy at the desk had an aggressive attitude for no reason. Then put me on the fourth floor. Didn’t mention the elevator was broken. Walked back after figuring out the elevator was broken. And I had a bit of an attitude. So then he moved me to the second floor. So it all evened out. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Undergoing renovations so I didn’t eat there. within walking distance of many great coffee shops, restaurants, barbershops, and many more. It will definitely stop back.
Lots of problems with our room, but at least the mattresses are super comfortable. Steven went out of his way to try to get many of our room problems sorted for us. We would stay again despite all of the problems. Steven is fantastic! Every hotel should have a Steven!
Very nice, my wife and I stayed Friday night & Saturday day. We had a group of 12 couples for a marriage retreat. Inside heated pool, a cafe for drinks and food. Good food, a little pricey. Everything just seemed new, clean, & well maintained! The downstairs men’s bathroom was so fancy; I thought I was in the ladies! The rooms are spacious, clean & modern! Very comfortable bed & a 55” flat screen tv! The hotel is part of IHG & dog friendly..
Great clean hotel. Nice bar. Rooms were very clean. Hallway a little noisy but that was not horrible. Friendly staff. Good location as well
We did not stay at your facility, but we're so happy that it was open on Sunday , the 25th of January during the winter storm. We walked down to your place and enjoyed the bar and football game when it opened!! Thank God for Tabby! Her smiling face and pleasant disposition made everything better!! She had spent the night at the hotel so she could make it to work!! She treated us like family. Made a bad situation....special. Thank you!!!!
The pool was closed for renovations, but the hotel is very nice. Food was good, too. And the rent a fish thing is hilarious. (You can literally be a pet sitter for a betta fish overnight in your room if you want)
The only thing I didn't love about this was the dog. I love dogs dogs love me but this little dog as soon as I walk in the door comes up barking at me and growling like it's about to bite my ankles. The lady at the front desk said it was because I had my hood up. I don't know but I just kept my distance after that. Lol very nice rooms restaurants expensive but good.
